The 25 room house was converted into a 12 room Boutique Hotel now operating as a relaxing getaway featuring a heated pool, gated parking, and an adult-only private property called "The Mansard House" as an ode back to the buildings unique construction. (kids allowed ONLY for Whole home rental.
All rooms have been renovated and outfitted with modern amenities and curated design. The hotel is splashed with history and news articles from the past.

12 room breakdown - 7 king beds, 4 queen beds, 1 full bed. Rooms 11,21, and 31 can hold a twin bed and we do keep 2 twin rolling beds bringing sleeping capacity to 26 persons.
